For the first time in the second round, we have three games on one day.

The NHL has an action-packed Sunday on hand with the Lighting-Panthers, Rangers-Hurricanes and Flames-Oilers all playing.

For the Lightning and the Hurricanes, both teams have a chance to go up 3-0 in the series, while one of either the Flames or the Oilers will go up 2-1 in the series.

Here’s all the information you need to watch the three games on Sunday, including start time and TV channels in the United States and Canada.

What NHL games are on today?

Here’s a look at Sunday’s schedule for the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Sunday, May 22

Game Matchup Time (ET) TV channel (U.S.) TV channel (Canada)
Game 3 Lightning vs. Panthers 1:30 p.m. TNT Sportsnet, TVA Sports
Game 3 Rangers vs. Hurricanes 3:30 p.m. ESPN Sportsnet, SN360, TVA Sports
Game 3 Oilers vs. Flames 8 p.m. ESPN2 Sportsnet, CBC, TVA Sports

What channels are the NHL games on Sunday?

Here’s how to watch the three games on Sunday.

Lightning vs. Panthers

  • Puck drop: 1:30 p.m. ET
  • TV (U.S.): TNT
  • TV (Canada): Sportsnet, TVA Sports
  • Live stream (U.S.):  Hulu with Live TV, Sling TV, YouTube TV.
  • Live stream (Canada): SN Now, SN NOW+

Two games into the series and on one side, the Lightning look like the dominant, reigning back-to-back champions of old. And on the other is a Panthers team that is slowly losing their grip on the series.

Florida lost both games at home to open the series and now need to take at least one in Tampa in order to stay alive. Ross Colton sucked the life out of FLA Live Arena on Thursday, scoring the go-ahead goal with three seconds left in the contest.

After a shaky series against the Maple Leafs, the Andrei Vasilevskiy we are all used to is here. He has given up just one goal in each of his last three starts.

Rangers vs. Hurricanes

  • Puck drop: 3:30 p.m. ET
  • TV (U.S.): ESPN
  • TV (Canada): Sportsnet, SN360, TVA Sports
  • Live stream (U.S.): ESPN+, fuboTV
  • Live stream (Canada): SN Now, SN NOW+

Two tight contests have kicked off this Eastern Conference matchup, but it was Carolina improving to a perfect 6-0 at home this postseason with two wins to start off.

The Hurricanes came back in Game 1, scoring a late goal to tie the game at 1-1 before Ian Cole won it in overtime. In Game 2, Antti Raanta made 21 saves in a 2-0 shutout.

It’s been a very low-scoring affair so far, with just five total goals scored between the two teams.

Oilers vs. Flames

  • Puck drop: 10 p.m. ET
  • TV (U.S.): ESPN2
  • TV (Canada): Sportsnet, CBC, TVA Sports
  • Live stream (U.S.): ESPN+, fuboTV
  • Live stream (Canada): SN Now, SN NOW+

Game 1 was a crazy, offense-filled 9-6 affair that saw two goals in 51 seconds to start, two leads of four blown and not a lot of saves. Game 2 didn’t quite pack as much excitement, but we did see Connor McDavid take over a game again, helping the Oilers comeback from down two to even the series with a 5-3 win.

Neither goalie has been particularly impressive. After a sensational first round, Jacob Markstrom has struggled heavily in net for Calgary. Mike Smith had a solid showing in Game 2, but that was after he was yanked in Game 1.

McDavid leads all players in points this postseason with 20 in just nine games.
