Winter has arrived, and with it the change of the year. That also means new seasons of reality shows, from the return of The Amazing Race and The Bachelor to the return of Celebrity Big Brother and Joe Millionaire, plus new seasons of shows like Married at First Sight, Worst Cooks In America, and Growing Up Hip Hop.

This guide includes premiere dates for all reality show and documentary series premieres on broadcast, streaming, and cable TV in the United States this winter and beyond. Times listed are in ET/PT.

For any reality shows that premiered before Dec. 1, 2021, such as Selling Sunset and The Real World Homecoming: Los Angeles, see the fall 2021 schedule. For feature documentaries and nonfiction specials, see the winter 2022 documentary premiere guide.

Program descriptions in quotation marks indicate text that has come directly from network press releases, the show’s website, or other official materials.

I frequently update this list throughout the quarter, and times and dates are accurate at the time of publication, but always check your guide or other TV listings. I try hard to ensure this a comprehensive list of reality TV premieres, although that’s ever-challenging now that some networks sometimes don’t even publicly announce returning seasons or even new shows, and change their schedules frequently.
