Details of the “Difficult Moments” during the shooting of Yellowstone
According to Kelly Reilly, one of the recently acted scenes of Yellowstone’s season four episode was a tough one for Kelly Reilly as it had an emotional moment for Beth and Walker. Beth is the daughter of John Dutton, who looks after the functioning of the farm and was talking to Walker in a scene. Kelly Reilly mentions that it was a difficult one to shoot because Beth did not want Rip Wheeler to see her in pain and grief; that is why she could not share this anguished moment which was full of sorrow and misery with Rip Wheeler and ultimately had to share with Walker.
Hence, the shooting of this scene was only possible when someone who had already faced such sort of a situation before played this role and this moment exactly in the similar manner as they might have felt in their personal experience. This scene was shot right after an emotional sequence that Beth had with her father, John Dutton. Similarly, other scenes that were quite rough and tough for Kelly Reilly to shoot were of Beth and her father John Dutton mostly and the one in which Beth had to fight against a pack of wolves consisting of twelve wolves all alone.
